This precision CNC machined stainless steel 304 battery clamp is designed for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) modules. Featuring ASTM A967 passivation and precision spring force control (5-50N), the clamp ensures consistent contact pressure on battery cells during thermal cycling. The 304 stainless steel construction provides excellent corrosion resistance in outdoor BESS cabinet environments. Each clamp is 100% spring force tested.
