This precision CNC turned PTFE Teflon sealing bushing features excellent chemical resistance and wide temperature range for semiconductor equipment applications. Manufactured from virgin grade PTFE with ±0.03mm tolerance, the bushing provides exceptional chemical inertness (resists virtually all chemicals with <1% swell) and operates from -200°C to +260°C. Ideal for semiconductor wet process equipment, chemical delivery systems, and aggressive chemical environments where metal components would corrode.
