This custom CNC turning aluminum heat sink with copper core is designed for high-performance LED lighting thermal management. The aluminum 6063 body provides excellent heat dissipation surface area while the C11000 ETP copper core (>200 W/m·K thermal conductivity) efficiently draws heat from the LED module. Anodized finish ensures electrical insulation and corrosion resistance. Custom fin geometry optimized for natural and forced convection cooling.
