Featuring induction hardening to HRC 28-35 on the gear tooth surface while maintaining core toughness, the shaft delivers excellent wear resistance without brittleness. Manufactured on high-rigidity CNC turning centers to ±0.02mm tolerance with keyway and spline machining in a single setup. Maximum length capability of 1500mm.
