Product Description
This precision CNC turned alloy steel 42CrMo spline shaft features carburizing heat treatment to HRC 55-62 for maximum surface hardness and wear resistance. The 42CrMo (AISI 4140 equivalent) material provides excellent core strength and fatigue resistance. The spline is machined to DIN 5480 standard with ±0.01mm profile accuracy. Each shaft undergoes case depth measurement, hardness traverse testing, and magnetic particle inspection before shipment. Suitable for automotive transmissions and heavy machinery drivetrains.
