This CNC Swiss-type machined copper precision nozzle features a 0.1mm orifice for industrial inkjet printing applications. Manufactured from C14500 tellurium copper with ±0.002mm orifice tolerance and polished internal surface, the nozzle ensures precise droplet formation and consistent print quality. C14500 offers excellent machinability (85% vs pure copper) while maintaining 93% IACS conductivity. Each nozzle undergoes 100% flow rate calibration and microscope inspection of orifice geometry.
